Shopping Guide (Taiwan)

Shipping and Delivery

If you need overseas shipping, please see our Shopping Guide for Overseas Customers.

 

After the order is successfully paid, the items will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days (excluding the holidays).

 

We provide 2 delivery method:

1. Home delivery: We use T-Cat delivery service. Shipping fee is $160 TWD.

 

2. 7-11 & FamilyMart pick-up: Basic shipping fee is $80 TWD.

Delivery Areas

The main island of Taiwan, some areas of Penghu,  Kinmen (Great Kinmen, Little Kinmen), Xiaoliuqiu, Matsu area, and Green Island.

 

Note: Home delivery service is not available in this following areas:

Yilan County-Diaoyutai Island (all), Kaohsiung City-Dongsha (all), Nansha (all), Penghu County-Magong (Hujing Island, Tongpan Island), Wangan (all), Qimei (all), Baisha (Ocang) Island, Yuanbei Island, Niaoyu Island, Jibei Island), Kinmen County-Lieyu Island (Bold Island, Erdan Island), Wuqiu (all), Taitung County-Lanyu (all)

Payment Method

We provide 2 payment methods:

Credit Card: You can use VISA/MASTER/JCB card in our online shop.

Bank Transfer
Please be informed that you will need to pay the bank transfer fee by using this payment method.
If there are more than two orders, please remit the payments separately.
After you made the payment by bank transfer, please click on the link to your order in the email and inform us through the shop messenger your payment information. (Including the last 5 digit of your bank account number.)

Please keep the bank transfer receipt as record.
