Before shipping, all items will be inspected to ensure that the products are in good condition, and the handling process will be recorded.
Please note that we only provide return service, which is free only for the first time within the 7-day appreciation period.
According to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, consumers are entitled to a 7-day appreciation period (including holidays) when the product arrives. The 7-day appreciation period is a "consideration period", not a "probation period". The returned product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
Please contact our customer service within 7 days after receiving the items, we will assist you as soon as possible after your request.
1. Please use the "Contact Us" message function on the website or email us, and provide us the information below:
(1) Your name
(2) Order number
(3) Contact phone number
(4) The item name you would like to return
(5) The reason to return
2. Please confirm to us if the items can be returned.
3. The shipper will collect the return items. Please prepare the items fully packaged with the invoice, and provide us the collecting time, contact information, and the address.
4. After receiving the return products, 10680 will confirm and inspect the items.
5. Making a refund.
Please note that the return will not be accepted under the conditions below:
1. You have received the product more than 7 days.
2. The product has been opened for use, or damage caused by human factors, such as dirt, malfunction, abrasion, scratches.
3. The original package (including the outer packaging carton) is damaged or has creases, which affects the appearance of the product and the value for resale.
4. The package of the returned product is incomplete, or the invoices and accessories are not complete.
5. Malicious returns.
6. When the same item has been returned more than once and the reason is not a result of our processing error or defective product, you will not allow to apply another return if you purchase the same item again.
1. If you paid by credit card, after the item is returned, the payment will be directly refunded to the original credit card account.
2. If you paid by bank transfer, after the item is returned, the refund will be transferred to the bank account you provided.
1. After the order is established, if you would like to revise or cancel the order, please contact the customer service within 3 business days (including the day of ordering) after the order is placed.
2. If it is a pre-order, it cannot be revised or cancelled because the item has been ordered with the original manufacturer.
